STUDENT LEASING
The Baxly Apartments is pleased to offer preleasing options for SCAD students for the upcoming Summer and Fall semesters. We know finding a new home in a new city can require a lot of research and planning. To ensure your search is easy, we have a designed the below student leasing program to help you locate a home now so you can relax and focus on the new chapter ahead of you.
How does it work?
Preleasing an apartment for the upcoming semester is easy! Choose your preferred floor plan and apply. We'll do the rest. Follow the detailed steps below to sign up for student leasing and please read our terms and conditions.
Please note that your desired floor plan may not be available on your preferred move-in date. Should this happen, our team will present you with current available options. Studio and One-bedroom floor plans can be furnished for an additional $150 per month. Two-bedroom floor plans can be furnished for an additional $250 per month. Live-Work floor plans are not eligible for the program.
STUDIOS
The current preleasing price for our Studio floor plans is $1,738 per month.

ONE BEDROOMS
The current preleasing price for our One Bedroom floor plans is $2,150 per month.

TWO BEDROOMS
The current preleasing price for our Two Bedroom floor plans is $2,985 per month.
This waitlist is now full for August & September 2026 move-ins.
STEP ONE
Pick your favorite floor plan.
Browse our selection of studio, one, and two-bedroom homes to determine which home best suits your needs. We invite you to tour your way with our in-person and virtual tours. Our team is also available to assist you Monday through Friday in your search.
Terms and Conditions
The student leasing program is valid for SCAD students on new leases only and is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
Early Leasing is not applicable for a quarter beginning more than a hundred-eighty (180) days in the future.
Applicants must satisfy all application approval requirements to qualify.
Application and Administrative Fees are nonrefundable.
Applications that are older than sixty (60-days) will be rescreened at the time of reserving a specific home.
Joining the student leasing list does not guarantee that any home will be reserved as reservations are based on actual availability.
Apartment reservations will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis dependent on the date of application completion and paid fees.
